There are occasionally pop-ups while their away for you to choose how they’ll react to situations at work, and you can also pick from a list of pre-defined actions (away actions) for them to do while at work, like “work hard”, “make friends”, “leave early”, etc. Rabbit hole/Standard Careers The majority of the careers in the game are rabbit hole careers, meaning your Sims disappear off their home lot during work hours and you don’t follow them to work.Before I go over all the careers in the game, first we need to have a look at the different types of careers in The Sims 4:
